The recipes I post here are quite diverse. Some are vegan, many are whole-foods based and gluten-free because of my own health journey and as a resource for others. I've found that eating in a way that nourishes my body helps me stay healthy, feel great and taste does not need to be compromised! Some of the recipes are desserts that I indulge in from time to time, but are made with more whole food ingredients, healthier fats, fiber, without preservatives or additives etc. So while the calories are still there, the nutritional value is higher and they are less harmful to your health. There are also some medicinal food recipes and herbal preparations.
